We offer a 14 day no questions asked return guarantee on all items purchased directly from Kalita. Gift cards purchased are non-refundable.

All returned items must be sent in the original packaging, unworn and include all accessories.

Refunds for goods without shipping costs are made to the original payment method used for purchase.
